About Me Image

Thank you for taking the time to visit Creative Connections Therapy.

I am a licensed psychotherapist utilizing holistic, creative modalities to provide healing that is effective for children, adolescents and adults. I utilize two main modalities in my practice: Expressive Arts Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Through these modalities, I empower people who are having difficulty with depression and anxiety due to transitions, low self-esteem, chronic pain, relationship issues, work/school obligations, trauma and grief.

Expressive Arts Therapy is an effective way to process difficult emotions by making meaning through the exploration of our creative works.

EFT is part of a holistic mind-body movement that works by finding the negative charges in our bodies while simultaneously sending calming signals to decrease our physical and emotional responses.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the key to empowerment and growth, so it is important that you feel comfortable and safe in the space that we create together. I encourage collaboration and strive to tailor your treatment to your particular needs and interests.

My clients describe me as relatable, comforting, and validating. With compassion and acceptance, I welcome you to join me just as you are.
